Dubai Investment Property
An outline of the advantages one is afforded by investing in Dubai property. Includes market projections and a brief history of Dubai's recent real estate boom.
In recent years, Dubai’s increasingly diversified economy has resulted in a real estate boom. Investors who don’t necessarily want to live in Dubai, but do want to profit from the city’s rapid industrialization, are eagerly seeking Dubai investment property. With local banks competing for customers, a mortgage loan should be fairly easy to obtain by foreign investors and the returns only continue to skyrocket with each fiscal quarter. Investment in Dubai property is projected to be a sound one for many years to come.
Since 2002, Dubai investment property has been available to outside investors. This has resulted in an industrial revolution for the city. Such was the grand vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; today stands a highly advanced city with some of the tallest and most futuristic skyscrapers in the world. His decision to diversify the areas economy by inviting outsiders to join in the city’s growth has resulted in amazing progression for the people of Dubai.
Dubai property investment is fast becoming one of the most popular overseas business ventures. Tourism and the city’s population is projected to triple by 2010, which also looks good for the value of Dubai investment property. Apartments and townhouses boast state-of-the-art architecture and amenities. Investors can choose to buy Dubai property that is off plan, as well, which means that they can invest in a property before it is built. Given the rate that properties are increasing in value, this could make an investor a lot of money.
Dubai investment property ranges greatly in prices, but all properties are seeing an upward trend in value. Depending on how much money an investor is capable of devoting to a property, it should make a large return either by selling the property or renting it out to a tenant. Vacationers, particularly from Europe, are coming over in droves and are often looking for a vacation home to rent. Also, investors will find that traveling businessmen often wish to stay in a furnished house or apartment, rather than a hotel.
When purchasing Dubai investment property, one will find many local banks competing to make a mortgage loan deal. Investors should use this competition to their advantage, even being so bold as to take one offer to another bank and asking if they can beat it. However, Dubai property investment may require the skills of an honest lawyer who can go over all paperwork before it is signed. This is merely a precaution as many investors are quite please with the growing value of their Dubai investment property.
